Nelson Road

An unbuilt concept design to turn a dated early 20th century double brick house into an expansive light filled family home with sweeping views over the river Derwent.

The concept required the removal of a 1970’s addition and part of the original brick facade, to provide larger bedrooms with greater amenity and the addition of a new living space that took advantage of a northerly aspect and elevated views over Sandy Bay and the river beyond.
